Megan Ferrell
Megan, a Grand Haven, MI native, brings a wealth of experience and a true passion for hospitality to her role as General Manager. After college, she moved to Washington D.C., where she spent eight years at Hertz Rental Car, excelling in various leadership positions.
Though her career began in the corporate world, Megan’s love for travel and creating exceptional vacation experiences led her to pursue a career in the short-term rental industry. She takes great pride in ensuring that every guest who stays at our properties enjoys an unforgettable experience.
As our General Manager, Megan oversees all guest communications, daily operations, and the management of our concierge services. Her dedication to excellence and commitment to guest satisfaction make her a vital part of our team. Megan is passionate about going above and beyond to provide memorable stays and ensure each guest feels like they’re truly at home.
Charlie Fisher
Charlie, a proud Grand Haven High School graduate, pursued his education at Grand Valley State University before embarking on a successful career with UniFirst Corporation. Over the course of 10 years, Charlie rose through the ranks to an Executive Sales Leadership role, gaining extensive experience in sales and business operations while managing territories across the Mid-Atlantic Region.
In 2021, Charlie partnered with his parents to purchase their first short-term rental property, and it was there that his passion for the industry was ignited. Since then, Charlie has expanded his portfolio, acquiring four additional properties, and has become deeply involved in the financial and marketing aspects of the business.
Charlie’s entrepreneurial spirit and strategic approach to real estate have been key drivers in the growth of Fisher 3 Vacation Rentals. With a focus on maximizing revenue and delivering exceptional guest experiences, he brings a hands-on, results-driven mindset to every aspect of the business.
