We’re Charlie and Megan—two born-and-raised Michiganders who grew up on the sandy shores of Lake Michigan in Grand Haven. After spending years in Washington, D.C., chasing careers and city life, we realized our hearts never left home. Michigan kept calling us back with its natural beauty, close-knit communities, and the kind of peace you just can’t find in a concrete jungle.

Like many, our short-term rental journey began during the pandemic. We bought our first property as a personal getaway—a place where we (and our dogs) could recharge while visiting family. But what started as a side project quickly lit a fire. We fell in love with hospitality—the kind where every guest leaves with a smile, a story, and a plan to return.

We began buying properties with potential—sometimes overlooked, sometimes outdated—and poured everything we had into transforming them into luxury vacation homes built for connection. Our specialty? Big, beautifully designed homes that bring people together. Whether it’s a family reunion, friends’ getaway, or a corporate retreat, we obsess over the details—flow, comfort, amenities, and wow factor—so guests can focus on what matters: making memories.
