This is the flagship Fisher 3 experience. An 8-bedroom, 5-bath private resort nestled on four wooded acres across from Lake Michigan. The challenge of hosting large groups is complexity. We solved it by engineering the asset into three dedicated zones:
The 26-Seat Mandate: A chef’s kitchen opens directly onto a custom, single-table dining space built to seat 26 people. The logistical problem of large-group catering is solved before you arrive.
The Private Wing: The integrated, two-bedroom, one-bath Guest Apartment offers a dedicated, secondary kitchen and living space. This ensures intentional privacy for select families, executives, or staff.
The All-Weather Asset: The immersive game lounge (fully heated and cooled) features a dedicated tiki bar, shuffleboard, and arcade. A self-contained entertainment wing, guaranteeing engagement regardless of the season.

Pool Precision: The pool is open May 1 – October 31. It is maintained to 85°F. The hot tub is available year-round and serviced daily by FISH Care.
Design Intention: Built for large-group connection and executive retreats. Includes six XL twin roll-away beds and one dedicated accessible bedroom/bath on the main level.
The Vetting Standard: No events, no weddings, no pets. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. These standards ensure the longevity of the asset and the tranquility of your stay.
