Our stay was wonderful. This place was amazing. Very peaceful, warm and welcoming. We felt right at home. Our host was awesome, very helpful and informative. We will definitely be booking this place again.

Exceptional stay for our extended family to celebrate their mom’s 60th birthday! Great indoor and outdoor spaces to gather, super-responsive host, and everything was very clean and of high quality. Great location near Lake Michigan and many Muskegon area attractions.

We had a great stay at Megan's home. We would love to stay here again in the future with another large group.

We stayed for a long weekend for a family get together. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, arcade games, and pool table. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of spaces for all 11 of us without feeling cramped. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood but only a short drive to the beach and local restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a blackstone grill! We had a great time, would definitely stay again!

Amazing space! Megan is super proactive and responsive to messages. Her house was beautiful and has a ton to keep us busy without leaving the property!

Our family had a great time at this property! Everyone was able to settle into their rooms quickly just in time to throw on their swimsuits and jump into the pool - where there was plenty of floaties and toys for all ages. The common areas and dining room were spacious enough to fit everyone and towards the end of the day we would find ourselves enjoying the game room. Megan was very proactive with communication but was also available to quickly answer any questions. Beautiful, spacious, private, and quiet property!

Of all the Airbnb's I have stayed, communication was the best I have ever experienced. Responses were made within a few minutes of any question I asked her. And I always felt that she worked quickly to accommodate all requests made such as additional batteries for the remotes or coffee filters for the coffee maker. In fact, these items were delivered to the property within an hour of the request.
In my opinion, Megan has set a new standard for service that is simply spectacular

We had a wonderful stay! Our family of 8 adults and 6 children had plenty of space to be comfortable. The large kitchen and dining space made meal preps easy, and the two full size refrigerator/freezers were helpful with our large group.
The pool and hot tub were great, and all the indoor amenities are a fun bonus. We especially liked that we could walk or bike through the quiet neighborhood to the hiking trails and the beach at beautiful Lake Harbor Park. Megan was a very responsive host to the few questions we had at check in.

This place is fabulous. Not exaggerating when I say that this is one of our favorite houses of any places we have stayed. The house itself is flawless - I would’ve loved to have moved in on the spot. Spacious,and sprawling, clean, uncluttered, modern, comfy furniture. Plus the little comforts have been thought through, including sets of super soft and clean blankets, ample towels, hooks in every place imaginable, tvs everywhere, huge and spotless rooms, open fully equipped kitchen, and the backyard is absolutely to die for. Not only were we impressed with a giant completely private pool (with toys), hot tub and deck area, but there’s tons of wildlife that come right up on the property, including fawns and baby turkeys.
Truly, this house is a dream come true, excellent value, great neighborhood, tons of nearby food, too. Just to be super picky, the game room, which is perfect, smells weird. But I still maxed out time playing the games!! GREAT SPOT, thanks!!

Our family enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool and hot tub as well as the games! We had everything we needed. Appreciated the large supply of paper products and trash bags!
There were multiple levels so we had to watch the little ones with the stairs. Communication was excellent!

This house was perfect for our winter get away with our children and grandchildren. Lots of space and entertainment for all age levels. Hot tub and Pool Table were big hits! The house was perfect for our family getaway weekend. Lots of space to spread out but still feel connected. So much to do. Loved the hot tub, pool table, games. They really though of everything, and I appreciated not having a list of chores to complete before checking out. Megan was incredibly helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place!!

Our group loved the space! So cozy, unique layout, great amenities. We all slept great! Megan was quick to respond and was super flexible. We did a winter trip (the coldest weekend in a decade!) and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. The game room/garage was difficult to keep warm on such a cold weekend so we didn't get to use that space as much but overall, we loved our stay!

Megan’s place was perfect for our low key marriage retreat! We went in January and loved using the hot tub, cooking meals, and playing pool. The place was incredibly clean and just as advertised. We hope to come back again when it is warmer, so we can use the outdoor pool. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore!!!

My friends and I all had a blast and enjoyed all the fun activities that were right there at the house! Tons of fun games and plenty of space and seating to stay in and eat/play. Would definitely recommend to others and do it again myself.

Celebrated New Years with friends here. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. So many things for people to do with all the games available. Private rooms for so many guests which is a rarity. Can’t beat the price. So many places to hang out in the house. Truly perfect!

Megan's house was perfect for our multi-generation family gathering! Lots of great bedrooms and places to gather. The kids loved the arcade/garage room, and we appreciated all the fun board games as well. The sunlight coming in big windows was beautiful and we loved the view of the snow outside! Hot tub was a big hit.

I highly recommend staying here! We would definitely come back in the summer and hop in the pool! Beautiful home, perfect for larger gathering! Megan is such a great host, responds quickly and is a very sweet lady!

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and perfect for our large group of 10. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking for a big group so easy. The host provided tons of thoughtful touches, and there were so many things to do, from hanging out in the common areas to enjoying the nearby attractions. Communication was smooth and check-in was a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our group getaway. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for more! Everything was so well thought out from the pool toys to the kitchen supplies. Our large family (kids and grandkids) had a much overdo gathering complete with pool and ping pong matches, tacos, naps, hot tubbing, swimming. puzzles and relaxing. The house was just perfect with really nice beds, good smelling quality linens and an incredible host. Thanks Megan!

Perfect place for our family of 12 to stay (ages 2-50) for a weekend getaway. We felt the additional cost to heat the pool was high so we opted not to (we stayed in October). We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, jacuzzi and game room quite a bit. Lots of room to spread out. Loved the large kitchen and room for all of us to dine together. Bedrooms were all very comfortable, especially master bedroom. Host Megan made our check in door code something we would easily remember and answered my questions quickly. We would definitely stay again!

We hosted a family Reunion and had a full house. We used all of the rooms/beds, and it still felt spacious. There are several spots to sit and visit, inside and out. The pool, hot tub, game room and pool table were used regularly.
The house was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had most of what we needed for large crowd cooking.
Megan was an excellent host. I had several questions as I planned our reunion, she always responded promptly with answers and kindness.
There is one set of stairs that is a bit narrow/steep for the height. If there's someone with mobility issues, that could pose a problem. We had family aged up to 75 and they did just fine.
I'm planning to come again for our next reunion, as this space worked so well for our family.

Our extended family of 7 adults and 6 kids had a great 5 days at Megan’s. The pool table, ping pong table and video games were a hit, but the backyard pool was the favorite for everyone.

Loved our stay at Monteview! The house was very big and accommodated our whole group. The pool and hot tub area in the back were great to sit and hang out around and the kitchen was well stocked! Would definitely recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our time together! The kids loved the pool. The home itself was very clean and spacious. However to note that it is a tri-level which made it a bit challenging at times with babies and toddlers. It was also very hot the days we stayed and the game room (in the garage) couldn’t be used much because there was no a/c unit. Overall, responsive host and a great location near Muskegon and Grand Haven!

This is a beautiful home to stay at. So clean and so many things to do while there. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to access and lots of laughs were had. The pool table and games were a nice addition to our stay. Comfortable beds and lots of places to sit and relax.

This house was great for our large group gathering. We had many young kids with us who loved the garage area to play when it was too early or late to swim. Such a great use of space!

Awesome house with heated pool and hot tub that we couldn’t drag the kids out of! 19 minutes from Pure Marquette beach which we visited multiple times. The Deck was super fun drinks and live music. The amount of bedrooms surpassed what we needed for 13 people but it was next to have an extra space. Family loved the pool table and the arcade games in the garage.

A great place for active groups but also very peaceful and private. A great layout and clean house that is only minutes from the beach. We will definitely be booking again.

We had a great time! This home was perfect for our family getaway. More than enough space, had something for people of all ages. The host was great, instructions were clear and easy. Really quiet neighborhood, close to the essentials if you need something. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend getaway with our college friends and would absolutely come back. The house was super clean and spacious enough that everyone had room to relax without crowding. Despite some chillier temps we still braved the pool and enjoyed the sun on the deck! Drivable to Holland, Grand Haven, and lots of great state parks for hiking!

The home layout was really cool! Our stay was great, we had a lot of fun and were very relaxed.

House was great for staying with a large group. Located close to a Walmart as well as parks.
Only thing to note is if you have young children, be mindful of the steps.
The kids did enjoy the games in the garage and pool table as well.

This home allowed space and bedrooms for our large family ~ we were attending our GVSU daughter’s college graduation and nurse pinning ceremony. Every room in the home was clean, there was plenty of space for us to spread out and get together to play board games. My granddaughters loved the arcade games. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen offered all the basics kitchen necessities. Our granddaughters even got their grandfather to jump in the pool with them! we enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. If you’re looking for a place to get your family together and hang out, don’t look any further.

We had a great stay overall! The host was super responsive and accommodating throughout our visit. The home had everything we needed, and even when a few unexpected issues came up (like a leak during a storm and a dryer that wasn’t working), the host addressed our concerns quickly and fairly, even offering a refund to make things right. We were looking for someplace to spend a long weekend, that wasn't too far out of the way. This place was it!
There was always something to do. We made good use of the pool table and fire pit. The arcade and TV's were nice to have but hardly used by us. I have to imagine when the pool is open this would just be the ideal spot for any family or group. We are out a few times but the kitchen had everything we needed to eat in when we wanted. We would have loved the pool but we couldn't wait until it was in season. We may just have to be back when it is.

The house was amazing inside and out in a great neighborhood my weekend was great and exceeded my expectations i would love to book again in the future.

Megan has a beautiful home. It comfortably housed 10 of us. The kitchen was amazing. We arrived early and Megan accomidated us. She also responded very quickly and was checking in on us all weekend. I will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

If you are looking for "Pure Michigan" you can't get any better than this rental. Close to Lake Michigan public beaches and near good restaurants and grocery, this is a great place to unwind and unplug. We stayed here for a family Christmas gathering and it couldn't have been any better. Plenty of bedrooms, gathering spaces and areas to play pool, ping-pong and just hang out! The entire home was well put together and extremely clean. Megan was a perfect host who was incredibly responsive with her communication and support. Like a true West MI December, it snowed 4" in a short period of time and Megan made sure there were shovels and ice melt on hand. If you are looking for West Michigan "Lake Life" and charm... this is it!

Large house and very clean. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The pans may need to be updated since several of them were scraped and dinged up displaying the bottom portion but useable. The internet was not easy to connect to and kicked off several times however, was not needed much and did not impact our stay. Spacious house and the layout was neat!! Thank you again for hosting 😊

Megan’s place was wonderful for our group of 12 people. The kids had a lot of fun with the pool table. The bedrooms can use better sound proofing though because you can hear footsteps and hairdryers at night. The bedroom doors are not solid core rather they are plantation louvre style. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting!

Great pool, awesome location close to plenty of restaurants and things to do in Muskegon and Grand Haven. Very well stocked, and all the cabinets and light switches were labeled, which we thought was amazing! Megan was a fabulous host - very welcoming and responsive. We loved it!

Pros:
-Loved the outdoor pool and the pool table (thanks for the extra pool towels)!
-Everything was labeled so it was easy to find items and figure out light switches and remotes.
-Newly renovated.
-Very responsive host when I asked questions.
FYIs. Because I had ages from 0-80+ with me here are some things helpful to keep in mind:
-It's a tri-level, and the kitchen level doesn't have a bathroom. There's only a few stairs to get to each level but it can feel like a lot for someone with limited mobility.
-The windows in the kitchen and ajoining living room don't have window coverings. Loved the light and watching the deer appear in the yard in the morning. However, I noticed the kitchen felt hot when making breakfast and wonder if the lack of coverings contributed to the heat. We didn't open the windows because they aren't screened and didn't want to invite flies to the party.
-Don't hop in the shower right away. It takes a little longer for the water to heat up.

We had an amazing time! So much so that we decided to stay an extra night and Megan was very accommodating. The home is beautiful and very spacious - it fit two families very comfortably. The home is very conveniently located and made it very easy to get to Michigan’s Adventure and Grand Haven. I would highly recommend this home for your stay and we will definitely be renting in the future! Thank you Megan!

The property was excellent as the size of our family was 8 adults and 5 grandchildren from multiple states. There was plenty of space, rooms and things to do. The grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool and the adults enjoyed the pool table, and the entire family enjoyed the ping pong table. The kitchen had room for the entire family to enjoy breakfasts together.
The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms accommodated the entire family very well.
The pool room was the family gathering spot during the day and after the children went to bed the living room was the adults gathering spot to enjoy catching up and telling stories.
We took trips to local parks and loved the beaches on Lake Michigan.
The down side was that at the end of the weekend the family had to return to their homes and jobs.
The family enjoyed the property so much, we are looking forward returning.
