At the time of this writing, this was a very unusual place to stay. As others have noted, this is a finished unit in a large, partly unfinished building. Just be prepared for this.
We didn't hear any construction activities, nor did we see any crews working during our stay. Thus had been my biggest concern. Naturally, the 90%-empty building was very quiet, and I liked that aspect of it very much. All of the major systems in the building (elevators, life safety, etc.) are functional.
GPS may get confused by the new streets. The grounds are not finished. There were no sidewalks in the parking area. The building lobby is incomplete. Nothing bothered us, but staying here did have a curious quality.
Our unit was near the end of a very long hallway. The view of the lake was great, and the apartment was attractively furnished with neutral decor. Happily, there were no deer heads or "Go to the Beach!" bric-a-brac. I especially appreciated the extra blankets and pillows.

This is a beautiful peaceful place. This was a work trip and having these accommodations was such a blessing. Plan to go back whenever I can. The views are amazing. We got some amazing pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! Megan was SUPER responsive and very easy to communicate with—she made checking in and out very easy.
The condo unit is very new and really lovely. The view of the water is stunning, and having the full wall of glass doors by the kitchen/living room is a really nice feature.
One thing we didn't understand ahead of time is that this condo is in a different building than the brewery and pool. That building is across the parking lot. The condo building is still under construction, although this unit (and this floor) is finished.

It was everything advertised

Me and my husband spent our 10th anniversary at Megan’s condo. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s kind of hard to beat the beautiful views of Muskegon Lake. It was such a restful and peaceful experience and we truly can’t wait to come back.

Amazing lake views with memorable sunsets! Unit was spacious, had high ceilings, and felt new. Host was very responsive. Overall, enjoyed the stay and recommend it those seeking a peaceful setting on the water.

Great place a smell of 1million dollar home. Amazing views of the lake. Place was very clean, had everything that accomaded our family of 4. Definitely will book again if it's available. Megan the host was very professional and very fast responsive when we needed to get a hold for something.

The condos are located with a million dollar view of the Muskegon Lake. You can sit in the condo and look out and feel like you are in the carribbean. We've stayed at several luxury resorts and this view as well as the space are on par.
I'm pointing out a few helpful notes for future residents:
The drive into the condo has a weird one way drive that is easy to get wrong. The entrance is on the far right as you face the condo and the keys are in a lock box by the door.
The condo sleeps 6. The two additional beds are in the form of rollaway beds in a common living area.
The master suite area is large and nicely appointed for families. The host, Megan, provided us with brand new pack and plays (2) which were really clutch for our two very young kids. The condo was suitable for young kids - no major issues of concern.
The pool access is in the ship store building just behind Muskegon Brewery Co. Having the amenity next door was great!

Amazing corner penthouse with stunning views of lake. You will feel like a "baller" with this condo that has pocket doors that opens the outside and amazing views of Muskegon Lake directly into living room and kitchen. Condo building is brand new and you can tell with everything new. Location is right on bike path which makes it easy to get out for rides and walks. Brewery is right next door with good food and drink. Note that other restaurants would require a longer walk or drive (easily accessible via bike).
Megan is a great host that has condo in pristine condition and fast to respond with any questions. We will definitely stay here again when back in area.

The condo was very nice and very clean, with a wonderful view! We were minutes away from local fishing spots and the beach, which we went to everyday. The brewery had wonderful food and was conveniently located next to the condo building. Lakeshore Dr. was really close and had cute local shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and considering a visit in the future!

Absolutely lovely condo, all features and amenities accurately described. We very much enjoyed the space, inside and out - exactly what we were looking for! Our host Megan was wonderful. The best recommendation I can give is that I’m hoping to come back another time. Thanks for hosting us!

Megan was a great host- very responsive to anything we needed. There was a couple minor things that needed to be fixed in the rental but nothing that hindered our stay. The listing stated there were children’s dinnerware available but there were not.
Views were amazing and we loved sitting out in the balcony. Wish there was patio furniture but there were some beach chairs available. There are lots of bugs which is to be expected- we brought a bug zapper.
Overall had a great stay. Toddler loved the pool access. Location was near downtown. If we ever came back to Muskegon, we’d definitely stay here again.

We (family of four - with two kids) had a wonderful stay. The view of Muskegon Lake (from both the large balcony and inside) is incredible and peaceful, and the condo itself feels fresh, modern and comfortable. The location is also fantastic - everything you could ask for is within a short drive, including being very close to a number of different places to get great food and 10 minutes from Pere Marquette Beach and Muskegon Beach, both on Lake Michigan, in addition to a ton of different locations with activities for kids (minigolf, summer luge, ziplining, etc.).
The host was also super responsive and helpful!
It sounds like there will be construction in the future to finish off the common area and outdoor pool (though you have access to the pool at the marina) that may be worth checking into, but this is one of the best places in all of Muskegon for a trip to both relax and make memories with your family.

We fell in love with the breathtaking views of Lake Muskegon in your beautifully decorated condo with all modern amenities and thoughtful touches like the beach chairs. It is located in a secluded marina but we could easily drive to access various beaches along the Lake Michigan shore, a new experience for our Jersey family. My children loved the cozy atmosphere, three bathrooms and ample space. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to unwind! We loved our stay!

This was an excellent place to stay in Muskegon area. Stunning views of Muskegon lake and a close drive to downtown and beaches. On site marina facilities (with pool) were excellent! It was very convenient to have the restaurant and small store just a few steps away.

Brand new beautiful condo!

Megan was awesome. Anything we needed but didn’t have was delivered within hours. She was responsive, kind and truly gave us a 5 star experience. The condo had great amenities including the pool, hot tub, work out room and on site restaurant. The sunsets were perfect and the condo was clean and well stocked. We would stay again.

We were in town for a wedding and loved the views of Lake Michigan and being so close to the venue. The Muskegon brewing company being so close was a treat. Loved being so close to all the farmers market and shops in Muskegon downtown.

Great place to stay and many things to enjoy around Muskegon!

We had a great time. The place was beautiful and functional with an amazing view - perfect for our family of four! Nice private pool and only a 10 minute drive to a great beach. We would definitely come back.

This brand new penthouse has an unbeatable view from the moment you walk in the door. The condo is very spacious, open, and comfortable, with many conveniences of home (the microwave is especially cool). Even taking out the trash is super convenient, with a shoot right across the hall. The patio doors for the unit open all the way up, which is a really nice feature when the breeze is coming off the water. There's also plenty of furniture in the unit to sit on and enjoy the view, but if you want to sit out there to get some sun you will want to bring your own chairs. The unit faces west, so you will get a significant amount of sun in the afternoon and some amazing sunsets. I only wish the unit had a king size bed in the master, which there is plenty of room for...but the listing said it was a queen, so we knew that going in, so that's not a knock on the owner. Also, the owner is very responsive, friendly, and considerate. This is a great unit, and you will enjoy your stay here!

Our stay at Adelaide Pointe was wonderful; from the beautiful views to being within 10 minutes of Lake Michigan, it was everything we could have dreamed! One thing of note- the building is still undergoing construction; while there’s not a pool onsite, you are able to go to the marina and use their pool and hot tub (just go and ask for a bracelet and this gives you access)! Also, there is no outdoor furniture (probably due to lake winds so bring your own folding chairs if you’d like to enjoy the deck to its fullest!).

Great place great views great host

We stayed at this spectacular condo and had an absolutely breathtaking experience from the moment we arrived. The property is stunning, featuring a massive wall of glass with sliding doors that open a wide 12 to 15 feet onto a beautiful deck, offering incredible views of the lake. The entire space was exceptionally clean, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. To make things even better, a fun microbrewery sits right across the parking lot, featuring its own gorgeous deck that looks out over the marina and yacht club below. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, even showing immense grace and cooperation when we had to coordinate returning a key after checkout. This is a truly spectacular property with a fantastic host, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

We had a great stay here. The place was nicely furnished and decorated and beds were comfortable. It’s brand new, so everything is super clean. We loved the panoramic view of the lake. Megan responded promptly to any questions.
