Check-In was super simple and easy. Houses very well laid out and very clean. Megan and her team are extremely responsive.

This place was awesome for my bachelor party. We had a great time utilizing the pool and pickleball court. The kitchen area is excellent for large gatherings and the movie theater is very relaxing.

Our family had an incredible stay at this property. The amenities were absolutely perfect for a family that loves to stay active. We spent hours playing pickleball, cornhole, and cards, and the pool quickly became the centerpiece of our vacation. It was stocked with an abundance of inflatables.

Evenings were just as enjoyable. We relaxed in the hot tub, gathered around the fire pit, and made plenty of s'mores. Several members of our group also loved spending time in the garage arcade area.

One of our favorite aspects of the property was how thoughtfully everything was laid out. It wasn't uncommon for part of our group to be relaxing in the pool while others played pickleball nearby, making it easy for everyone to stay connected. The theater room was another highlight and the perfect way to end a day filled with sunshine and fun.

As we head home, we're tired in the best possible way. This was a memorable family vacation, and we would gladly return again.

This Airbnb is spacious. It fits our big family group. It has many rooms. It is perfectly equipped inside and outside. We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful and clean house.

Great place for our extended family with great host.

Our family had a great time at this air bnb. There was plenty of room and lots of fun activities- pool, hot tub, pickle ball, movie room, ping pong and game room for us to have a wonderful family reunion.
Having two grills made it easy to feed a crowd and two dishwashers made it easy to clean up after a family feast.
Megan and her team were very responsive. I highly recommend this stay!

Excellent resort for family gatherings! We had a blast with the grandkids in the pool and game room. Never ran out of fun things to do.

Megan's home is great for a large group of people. It is extremely well equipped both inside and outside. The swimming pool was well equipped with pool floats etc. and the pool is a perfect size for a large group, including small children because of the sizable shallow area. The firepit area was well equipped with comfortable chairs. The hot tub is sizable and comfortable. The kitchen easily accommodated the food preparation for our large group. Megan was extremely prompt in responding to any questions or issues that came up. It is a great place, and we would definitely rent it again.

Absolutely lovely place for a large group. My extended family stayed for a week and enjoyed all the amenities! The pool and pickleball court are absolutely fantastic and watching the World Cup in the movie room was a treat. Space for everyone and the kitchen has everything you need for a large group! Highly recommend!!!

The place was very clean, spacious, and private. The pool and pickleball court were so fun, and surprisingly there weren’t a lot of mosquitos and bugs considering it is right along some woods.

We had our 5 families vacationing at this beautiful Airbnb. It was perfect with swimming, pickle ball, movie theater, corn hole, arcade room and fire pit area all on the premises! The open concept and two large kitchen tables allowed us to gather together with plenty of space. We were there 4 nights and enjoyed every minute! It is also very convenient for take-out pizza, restaurants, the beach, ice cream and shopping within a short distance. Megan was great at responding to my multiple questions and quick at resolving a few issues we had because of our large group. We are so excited to return next year to create more family memories! I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Three generations of our family stayed here to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The home was very clean and spacious! We all loved the pool, pickleball, firepit, and game room. The theater room was a big hit with our toddler crew! The kitchen had everything we needed for family dinners. The second large dining table became our puzzle/game area. I reached out to Megan with a couple of questions and she answered me right away. We would love to return to this amazing place!

Family vacation just wrapped up here! First, this was the most well cleaned air bnb we've ever stayed at. From the floors to the grills outside, everything was clean and ready to use. The theater room was super fun! Add on the amenities and the place was near perfect for us. Megan was the most responsive host and super helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was fantastic! Megan was so kind and responsive before, during, and after our stay. The house had more than enough space for our girls weekend (15 of us) and was easily the cleanest AirBNB I've ever stayed in. Not to mention the master bathroom was HUGE and allowed space for multiple people to get ready. Every room was unique and we loved the kitchen, big tables, and sitting area too. We used the home theatre which was pretty easy to connect to, as well as the bonfire pit and pickleball court. The weekend was pretty chilly so we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked awesome too. The location was good - we spent a lot of time in downtown Saugatuck which was about a 15 minute drive away. There were two small maintenance things that came up during our stay and Megan was so quick to respond and offer a solution. Overall would highly recommended. I already want to go back to be able to use the outdoor area more, and will be checking out her other properties!

The place and the host are great , I think the city and the locals are putting a lot of restrictions on on vacations house on the area like no lights on backyard so the guests don’t make loud noise . It’s a vacation ppl wanna enjoy their time assuming it’s out of urban city .
But everything else is great

Perfect house for a large gathering that wants to kick back and relax! We had more than enough room for 11 women, all of whom appreciated how large the kitchen was and how cute the rooms were decorated. The home is on a residential cul de sac, so it requires a car to get around and enjoy the local towns. Will definitely return!

This was an incredible place to set up shop for our daughter’s wedding in Holland. Lots of space for all fourteen of us. Pickle ball, movie room, ping pong, arcade games, and the hot tub were a plus. Huge kitchen and dining room allowed us all to eat together. Thanks to Megan and her team. Absolutely perfect for our family to be together and create memories.

We had a great girls weekend at this Airbnb! The house wasn’t secluded, but still felt private. It was wonderfully cozy in the winter with a lot of thoughtful touches.
The quest wifi was pretty spotty, and we found the oven to be very dirty (set off the smoke alarms) but other than that, the place was perfect.

Megan's house was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean . It was in a great location between Saugatuck and Holland. We loved that it was decorated for Christmas. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook for a large family. The beds were comfortable. My kids particularly liked the ping pong table and the home theater. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Megan was a friendly and communicative host. We had a wonderful time staying here; I highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Megan’s. The house was exactly as described with lots of space (great for larger groups), a well stocked kitchen, tv in every bedroom, and clean and comfortable. Lots of great amenities - well stocked coffee bar, hot tub, theatre room, and game room. We stayed in the winter so missed out on the pool and pickleball court, but it just made us want to come back and book again in the summer. Megan was very responsive to questions. A nice touch was the house was decorated for Christmas (we visited in December). Would definitely book again!

Loved this place for our big team.

If you’re thinking of booking this home, do yourself a favor and book it now! We stayed here with a group of 12 for a retreat & it was absolutely *perfect*. Each bedroom was spacious and comfortable, giving everyone their own space to relax. We loved being able to fit around the large dining table for meals & conversation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (plateware, cookware, & more), which isn’t always the case with other Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. My favorite part: the backyard in the fall! The trees were breathtaking this time of year, and it made our retreat even more special. And we made great use of the pickleball court!
The location was ideal. Just 10 min from the Saugatuck Dunes and 15 min from downtown Saugatuck & Holland. Megan was extremely responsive and helpful, even allowing us to check in early when the cleaners finished ahead of schedule. We loved every moment of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

We had the best time! The house was spacious, gorgeous, so many amenities - perfect fit for our work retreat! The open concept kitchen/dining and large tables gave us ample space to spread out with our laptops and collaborate with one another. And Megan was so response and helpful - definitely recommend!

We had a family of 15 that stayed for 3 days and it was the perfect size house! The kids loved the game room, movie theater, and Nintendo switch! Adults enjoyed the hot tub, pickleball court, and theater room as well. Every bedroom also had its own TV, except one. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had plenty of seating for everyone during meals. There was also plenty of toiletries available in bathrooms.
We did run into some minor issues. When we first arrived we had trouble locating the remote for the big screen in the theater room and during our search for the remote we found some popcorn, food, and trash under the recliners. We also had other remotes missing from bedrooms. The hot tub controls did not work so we never got to use the jets. There are 2 dryers but both of them did not work properly and took multiple cycles to actually dry clothes. A basement bedroom door didnt close properly either.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Megan was very quick to respond to our messages.

Megan was an outstanding host who responded immediately whenever we had any questions. This amazing house was so spacious and beautiful, just perfect for our large group of 14 guests to be together for a fall getaway trip to Holland. We loved cooking all our meals together in the large kitchen and then sitting down to enjoy the fruits of our labor at the two long dining tables. The kitchen was so well stocked with cookware, and we appreciated having extra burners on the gas stovetop, a slow cooker, air fryer, and two large toasters.
The pickleball court, ping pong table, theater, room, and the firepit were all put to good use during our stay. There were plenty of sitting areas for private conversations and personal study time. We never felt like we were too crowded in the house, and the nine bedrooms helped everyone to start each day well-rested.
We loved watching the gorgeous sunset at Lake Town Beach, and several in our group swam in Lake Michigan at Tunnnel Park.

Five stars for the place and host. Beautiful and as described. Our family really enjoyed our time here. We plan on coming back again! Thanks for hosting us so well!

Megan was such a great host and easy to communicate with when I had questions. The house is absolutely amazing and perfect for all ages. Stayed with my parents, sisters, brother in laws and all 8 of our kids. 17 in total and there was stuff for every age to do. Plenty of space that we were very comfortable! Everything was clean and clearly a lot of thought went into what is available for the guests. The kitchen and dining is HUGE and perfect for cooking and hosting large groups. The outside pool pickleball court and seating around the fire place is gorgeous plus the layout allows you to view it all at once which was ideal for having kids play in all the areas and keep an eye on them.

Megan’s place was a wonderful retreat for a large group. It was clean and spacious and the amenities were endless. Megan herself was very prompt in responses and helped us with anything we needed
The only two downsides were fairly uncomfortable beds for most of the downstairs rooms and very spotty Internet service throughout our weekend.

A multilevel home with a beautiful kitchen at the center of all activity with offshoots of game room, sitting room, dining area, laundry area area, beyond, a game room, a huge pool , a cinema room with cushy seating,wonderful hot tub, a pickle ball court, outdoor seating area for late night s’mores, bedrooms with comfortable beds for everybody to enjoy a good night rest. This home was perfect for our large family with lots of grandchildren ages 16 months up to 19 years. This home was the perfect hub for activities in the area to include three different beaches, shopping in Holland, shopping in South Haven. We have visited Michigan for 37 summers and this home more than fulfilled every expectation we could have.
Megan was a wonderful hostess. Absolutely worked to meet every need in a speedy and helpful way. Her goal was to make certain any issues were promptly resolved.We could not have asked for more.

We enjoyed our stay, lots of things to do at the home and in the area. Pool/hot tub, movie room and Pickleball court were our highlights. A few minor maintenance issues, but overall was a fun time with our family and would recommend!

We loved our stay at Swimming in Amenities! Megan and her team thought of every little detail to make sure our stay was amazing! The backyard amenities made for great entertainment for all ages! The extra details to accomodate a larger group were thoroughly thought of…extra tables and chairs, rollaway cots, pack-n-plays, two dishwashers and stoves, and well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens/towels for multiple bathrooms and guests! The modern decor added a fun and inviting atmosphere! Thank you, again, Megan and team for going above and beyond with this property! We cannot wait to rent it again!

This home was perfect for our large family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and living spaces so that we never felt crowded. Megan answered all of my questions within minutes of me messaging her and had supplies delivered that was missing within an hour. Overall great experience!

Our family met at Megan's home over the 4th of July weekend and the house and amenities did not disappoint! 8 adults and 7 children ages 9 months to 7 years ... everyone was thoroughly entertained from the day we got there until we left. We enjoyed hours of fun in the wonderful pool and hot tub! The Pickleball Court provided lots of "friendly" competition ... what a great addition to this property. Smores around the fire pit and late night (and early morning) movies in the cozy theater room. The garage rec room was the perfect location for the early risers ... allowing the rest of us to sleep in a little. Great location close to town, beaches and local attractions. Megan was a wonderful host and very responsive to all of our needs. Would definitely consider returning again next year!

We have a family reunion every two years in Michigan. We have stayed different places that can host our 21 person group. This one wins hands down as our favorite. The house was so clean! It was well equipped. We all loved the pool and pickleball! The movie theater was a great way to end the evening after supper and a campfire! Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying again!

We stayed at this place in may with a very large group, including kids and seniors. This place was great for everyone in our party, house itself has almost all entertainment in the house, we did not even step out in 2 days of stayed, kids enjoyed heated pool, theater, small gaming room...
Seniors and adults had fun barbequing and bonfire at the backyard. The rooms are pretty decent size...and there 2 extra beds and beddings in the house which really helped us a lot..
Kitchen and the flowing sunroom are so nice.
The only little thing which was missing was, there was only 1 bathroom on 2nd floor for 5 bedrooms, apart from this the stay was wonderful. Highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay at The Maple! We had 7 adults and 6 children stay a long weekend to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. We used every amenity in the home- pool, hot tub, pickleball court, movie theater room, game room. The home also had two grills outside which made it easier to feed our large group.
The pool has a basketball hoop which was fun for our teenagers, and the pickleball court did come with paddles/balls if you don't have any of your own.
Megan was super helpful. Not only did she provide decaf coffee for my mom (we loved the coffee station!), she readily answered any questions and had a colander sent to us that met our dinner needs.
There are 5 bedrooms upstairs, the master with ensuite bathroom on the main floor, and three bedrooms in the basement. Along with the ensuite master bathroom, there is a full bathroom on the top floor and basement, as well as another 1.5 baths on the main floor.
I highly recommend this home for your group gathering!

We had a family reunion here, and there was something for everyone. Fabulous outdoor space with fire pit, pickleball, pool and hot tub.

There is not enough words to describe how great and amazing this house. We had emergency cancellation different property, and we found Mega s house , she was quick responsive and friendly , the house is great for families and friends , rooms are clean , kitchen everything you want but in the kitchen they have it , the pool was clean and great and WARM .
She gave us extra hours because there was an outage and we were late . 5/5 rating is not enough for this house

We had a large group for an adult athletic event. The home was impeccable. Spotless! And very nicely updated and decorated The kitchen had everything you could think off. Great coffee pots. Dishes and cooking accessories were plentiful and all new!! Master bedroom and bath were exceptional and all of the other bedrooms were very nice for couples or singles.
Megan responded promptly with any needs we had.
We would love to consider this home for a family reunion in the summer. The backyard is beautiful. Would be fun to use all the outdoor and indoor amenities provided for fun!

This house was beautiful and very accommodating to our large family. Very open floor plan and plenty of room for all of us. Megan was always quick to respond to any of our questions and always very helpful. The teens really enjoyed the game room and home theater! Definitely a home I would recommend if you have a large group to gather.

This home is incredible! Every detail has been carefully considered. I was there with friends, and everyone had their own room with extra space to spare. If you're traveling with a large family, this place is perfect! Book it! There are so many fantastic activities available at the house that you might never want to leave. Megan was quick to respond to questions. Situated close to Holland and Saugatuck. We had a perfect well needed getaway.

This house is amazing and has so much space. It is perfect for large families or groups to all spend time together and have enough room at the same time! The kitchen is amazing and perfect for making large meals to entertain. The theater room is by far the highlight of the house! It is perfectly laid out and an awesome spot to watch sporting events or movies. The amount of beds and bathrooms are perfect for large groups. The game room with the ping pong table and arcade games is awesome and you can spend hours on end in there. The hot tub was awesome! Due to it being winter we could not test out the pool and we did not use the fire pit but we WILL be back during the summer months in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this AirBnb and I most definitely will be back at some point to enjoy another stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Megan’s home over Christmas with our family. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which made it feel extra festive and cozy. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable holiday.
The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas dinner, and the living room was the perfect spot for our family to gather around and exchange gifts. Not to mention the amazing home movie theatre, as well as the fully equipped jacuzzi we were able to enjoy!
Megan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing thoughtful touches. Her communication was prompt and friendly, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
